Andrew was very helpful and eased any levels of uncertainty I had around buying this property. He kept me informed all of the steps required . He went out of his way many times for me, easing any stress. He also possesses a very soothing telephone manner, eliminating any of my stressors/anxieties.
Julie, Kings Beach
Tracey’s grandparents relocated to Caloundra in the 1960’s and from a very early age Tracey and her cousins would be riding their bikes around Golden Beach when she would visit them most weekends. In 1992, Tracey and her parents returned to live at Golden Beach permanently and she completed her senior years of school at Caloundra High.
Growing up, Tracey became a well accomplished amateur golfer representing Queensland and had much success at tournaments, but at the same time attended College and gained a Diploma of Business.
Her first full time position was front office reception at a Maroochydore based Company. After 12 months her husband to be was offered a promotion in Brisbane and both took the plunge and moved to the City. Tracey gained employment in the City, and after six months was herself promoted to a senior accounts role, but after two years the desire to return to the Coast became too great.
From January 2001, Tracey has become ‘part of the furniture’ here at Seaside Real Estate working in various roles over the 14 years, and is now our Administration Manager.
Away from Seaside, Tracey enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband Paul and their daughter Taylor, with most weekends taken up attending shows or events with their horses or working on their acreage at Mooloolah.
