• We went through the procurement of a residence with Andrew, from the initial inspection to the final bottle of champagne Andrew displayed absolute professionalism, understanding of personal situations and management of stakeholders. Andrew met us for the original inspection, on time and armed with all the information we could ask - and I had plenty of questions as we had the house reviewed by an evaluator prior to inspection. Andrew knew the area very well, gave accurate rental projection data, and could provide additional insight across recent sales and price movement, as well as who was renovating and suburb investment considerations. The initial price negotiations were dealt with in a transparent fashion, Andrew took the time to understand the key areas of importance for each party, and where movement was to be had. Andrew took ownership of the communications and we came to see him as a "referee" this is a reflection of his neutrality through the conversations. Obviously we arrived at what was an agreed position. Andrew was first class during building and pest, and I must confess we were a high needs customer on this front. Andrew always made the time available to take through our multiple contractors, and provided clear communication on who had visited and whom needed follow up etc. Once again a period of negotiation ensured, and once again Andrew did a wonderful job of keeping the conversation open, and keeping the topics of focus up front and in proportion. Then of course settlement day - Andrew met us for the pre-settlement inspection, made sure we and our dog were well looked after - even playing with and watering the dog while we checked out the house, well above and beyond our expectations. Andrew even arranged for us to have the opportunity to leave a few items in the garage so we could enjoy the beach while the paperwork went through. Then when it did, Andrew met us at the house to give us our keys, share congratulations and, yes, a Champers! AdamD, AmberS
