What is it that sets it apart from the others? Is it that it is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lake at the bottom of the street? Or is it the larger than average 790m block? Could it be TRIPLE garage with a hard-standing for a boat? Maybe it is because it is a short drive to the beach, the schools and the shops. Whatever it is I believe offers great value for money.
There are 2 family living areas, inside and outside dining areas, a kitchen overlooking the garden, four good sized bedrooms with built-ins, a master with a large en-suite and a generous family bathroom.
The garden is family friendly, fully fenced and laid to lawn, a private haven for the kids to run around in or for you to relax in. Put a shed in, maybe a pool, there is plenty of space.
