Happy Customer

GREAT AGENT.  TRULY JULIE, YOU WERE WONDERFUL.  EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR, AND MORE.  I don't know what more I can say.  Julie was a great support.  Outstanding knowledge, communication; caring and a great listener.  She worked hard and got the job done with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience.  Lovely person to boot.

DI HURMAN

Born and bred in a little Queensland country town, Di learnt the value of people's trust from an early age.

The travel bug had Diann enjoying the sights of NZ during the 70's as well as a variety of permanent locations from Toowoomba, the Wide Bay Burnett area to Bunbury in Western Australia, then Rockhampton.

The Real Estate Industry first caught Di's interest in Rockhampton in the late 80's where she worked for Raine and Horne before moving to Caloundra in 1992.

Having been a fully licenced real estate agent since 1997, Di has seen many new stages of development in and around Caloundra.

Di has had the opportunity to work alongside her husband Rob which formed an important husband and wife partnership, offering exceptional services to clients and their families over the years, and Di has just celebrated 16 years with Seaside Real Estate.

In1998, Di achieved a very creditable second in the GIO Awards, proving that her commitment to customer service was of a paramount importance in her dealings with her clients.

Di's motto is "Never judge a book by its cover" and treat each individual with the respect they deserve.

Di enjoys meeting people, and has an excellent understanding and knowledge of Caloundra and loves to keep in touch with previous clients.

Away from work, Di loves spending time with her adult children, and catching up with her 7 grandchildren whose ages range from 2yrs to 18yrs.

Also loves to pack up the caravan and head off with Rob to somewhere where the fish are biting, red claw are plentiful, reading and relaxing are top priorities.

Well known for her honesty and integrity, dealing with Diann becomes a pleasure.....not a hassle
