Dear Denise, Thank you for the effort you put into the successful sale of our unit. We were kept well informed about the process and were given regular updates and feedback. Open house inspections were well advertised. The sale of the property went seamlessly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Seaside Real Estate to others.

Bounded by Burgess Street, De Vene Avenue and Ormonde Terrace, the natural amphitheatre with its permanent stage just back from Kings Beach is the perfect location for this event.
A free shuttle bus service will operate between the festival site and Caloundra State School to alleviate parking problems. Entry to the festival will be through the main gate on De Vene Avenue.
This festival aims to enrich the event tourism calendar of Caloundra and the Sunshine Coast by hosting an annual two-day event showcasing the fabulous culture, cuisine and lifestyles adopted by the French community around the world.
By infusing some of the flavours and passion of the French into our own coastal paradise, this festival is set to become a destination where locals and visitors alike may indulge their love of the French style in a fun and social setting.
A festival to embrace and celebrate a love of all things French whether it be the music, art, culture, food, wine or just simply their 'joie de vivre'
There will be lots to do over the weekend:
Entry tickets may be purchased in advance online or at the gate on the festival days, with all online purchases of festival entry passes enjoying a special 2 for 1 offer and children under 12 admitted free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
