We listed our house for sale with Di Hurman of Seaside Real Estate. During the sale period of our house both Di Hurman and Denise Ruhle held open house exhibitions and marketed our house.  It was our pleasure to deal with two lovely ladies.  They both are professional sales persons with great skills in communication, personality, demeanor and job knowledge that is a credit to themselves and Seaside.  You should be proud and confident...

Landlord Information

Looking to make the most from an investment property?

Quality management can bring you peace of mind and ensure your investment performs at its peak.

TENANT SELECTION

To ensure that you gain the best possible tenants our thorough selection process fully investigates the past and present employment details, rental history, financial stability and identification details of applicants.

INSPECTIONS

Prior to a tenant moving in we assess your property and provide a detailed report of its condition. General inspections are then conducted quarterly and can be attended by you or a nominated representative. After each inspection a report will be sent to you advising you of the state of your property, how well the tenant is maintaining it and what repairs are required. Dependent on your requirements, photographic records can also be maintained. We can also arrange annual building and pest inspections on your behalf.

PAYMENT

A wide variety of payment methods are available to tenants, including over the counter payments - eftpos or credit card only and Internet banking. Through our management software we gain immediate notification of overdue amounts and act quickly to ensure payment.

MAXIMISING RETURNS

Maximising the returns of your investment is a priority of Seaside Real Estate. At each lease renewal, we assess the rental price of each property, taking into consideration market conditions and the quality of the tenants. We also provide advice regarding potential improvements to your property and keep you regularly updated with what’s happening in the real estate market.
